We have been supplying qualified nurses to the NHS for many years, we are currently supplying NHS units RGN Nurses who have a diploma or degree in adult care, childcare, and learning difficulties.
We also supply the NHS with RMN Nurses who have specialist training in Mental Health, we also supply RNLD Nurses to the NHS who have specialist training and qualifications based in learning disabilities.
ProCare Nursing have many contracts with private sector health care companies as well as public sector organisations, if you decide to relocate to the South Wales area, we can provide nursing positions in these sectors.
We have a dedicated nurse manager
In order to ensure all qualified nurses are looked after we have employed a full-time nurse manager, our nurse manager Sarah is pictured below.
Sarah is here to support nurses with their personal development, carrying out personal development reviews and ensuring nurses receive new training material when available. Sarah will also help nurses re-validate with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council), Sarah goes on to say.

Not only will we be supporting nurses with new training but also ensuring that our qualified nurses have the time away from the field to carry out that training, this will only improve the standard of care being delivered by our health and social care agency.”
