We have won care awards past and present
We have been talking about the awards we have won recently. But we are not going to stop here, we have also won awards in the past. Here is a photo taken some time ago at Cardiff City Hall in 2014, one of our carers won a “Personal Carers” award pictured centre.
We also won an award at the Wales Care Awards in 2017. Sara Wells picked up the award for “Excellence in Dementia Care”. Here is Sara pictured furthest right with her award along with her certificate.

We are a health and social care agency with over 20 years experience
ProCare Nursing have been established for over 20 years. We formed our health and social care agency back in 1997 and have delivered health care services to both the public and private sector.
We train all of our carers to the highest standard
We win awards because we train all of our carers to the highest standards. We have our own in-house training facility where we quality control all of our health and social care courses. Here are a range of photos taken of recent courses teaching anything from first aid to conflict management and resolution.
A lot of health and social care agencies will out-source their training, the problem with this is you cannot ensure that training has been delivered thoroughly to the highest standard. What if you have a free-lance trainer who’s only intention is to get paid and make a fast buck, your carers are not going to be adequately trained, and carers who are not trained to the highest standard will not deliver high standard care in the field to service users.
We win awards because we deliver excellence in the field of care to service users. We have won awards both past and present and are striving to improve care standards being delivered by our health and social care agency.
