ProCare Nursing are surging forward in our recruitment drive. In the last four weeks we have received over 100 care worker applicants looking to work for our health and social care agency. Here are five reasons you should work for ProCare Nursing.

1) We are an award-winning agency.

We put our carers forward for awards. In 2017 we put forward Sara Wells for an award at the Wales Care Awards. Sara won her category which was the award for “Excellence in Dementia Care”, here is Sara pictured furthest right with her award along with her certificate.

3) We care about our carer’s personal development.

We care about our care support workers personal development. We carry out refresher training for all our existing carers, as well as new carers. We also carry out personal development reviews that help carers develop their standards of care.

4) We train all our carers with the option of gaining QCF qualification in health and social care from level 2 to 5.

We have our own in-house training facility. We train all of our care workers and provide options for carers to go on and complete QCF qualifications in health and social care. Gaining these types of qualifications will help with career advancement in the long term. If you gain a QCF Level 5 in health and social care this can lead to careers in management.
